Ajay is a Stretch Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Breath Coach. Sessions with him focus on bringing the body back in to balance mentally and physically through functional movement, mind-body connection, and breathwork. Sessions are tailored to address the postural challenges, repetitive movements, and stressors that everyday life presents.
